This is not just a DJ competition. This is a contribution.

Pulse FXBG is a live Open Deck Challenge designed to bring together DJs across Fredericksburg and

surrounding areas to compete, connect, and contribute to something bigger than themselves.

This competition directly supports the JuiceBox & Confetti Community Pool, a fund created to

redistribute access by offering free event tickets and vendor opportunities to those who may not be able

to afford participation.

If you play music, this is your moment to step in.

Location: The Juice Box, 915 Sophia St, Fredericksburg, VA

Date: Saturday, April 25th

Time: 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Competition Format: Open Deck Challenge

Genres: Electronic (All styles welcome – House, Techno, Bass, etc.)

Set Options:

• 20-minute set – $25 entry

• 30-minute set – $30 entry

Deadline to Enter: Friday, April 24th @ 11:59 PM

WHAT DJs CAN EXPECT

This is a live environment. Real crowd. Real energy.

• You will perform your set in front of an active audience

• You are part of the full event experience, not a side stage

• Crowd engagement matters – this is about connection, not just mixing

• You will be playing alongside other DJs throughout the night
